Whether you read my blog posts, watch my YouTube videos, or work with me one-on-one, if you want to retrain your brain there are 3 pillars of personal resilience that you need to adopt:

  1. Anyone at any time can retrain their brain. Be willing to learn, unlearn, and relearn. Know that neuroplasticity is always on your side if you use it to your advantage.

  2. Rock bottom is not the end but rather the beginning. Recognize your struggles as new opportunities rather than burdens.

  3. You must embrace change to change. Be disciplined to bettering yourself, knowing full-well that you are required to step outside of your comfort zone.
