Whether you read my blog posts, watch my YouTube videos, or work with me one-on-one, if you want to retrain your brain there are 3 pillars of personal resilience that you need to adopt:
- Anyone at any time can retrain their brain. Be willing to learn, unlearn, and relearn. Know that neuroplasticity is always on your side if you use it to your advantage.
- Rock bottom is not the end but rather the beginning. Recognize your struggles as new opportunities rather than burdens.
- You must embrace change to change. Be disciplined to bettering yourself, knowing full-well that you are required to step outside of your comfort zone.
